Are there any money in being a professional licensed practical nurse?
My sister has enrolled in the nursing course, at our local college, here in Miami. The reason? She was told by the county's Career Guidance officer, that nursing pays well, and in no time she'll earn great money.
Yet, I hear all over the radio and n'papers that even licensed practical nurses are finding it difficult to find a job, unless they agree to a lower position, or to a salary sacrifice. So, who's right?
