Ho is it then that my small business grant application for establishing a computer scrap processing, lodged in Seattle CA in 2007 was refused?
All I asked for was $55,000 as a small business grant, to build a purpose designed computer scrap recycling plant. Surely, the environment needs less industrial rubbish and polution that this kinds of materials produce.
Arnie certainly have more money for small business grants, than any other governor in the USA.
After all, California is the richest state.
